As most of you know, I am a brotha...aka black, African American, "colored", or what the fuckever and I'm married to a white lady (beautiful)! Well, her family loves me but mine isn't to crazy about her. Anyways, when we're at home joking around, she'll say, "Nigga please!" or "Shut the fuck up nigga!" Now, she mistakingly said, "Nigga please!" in front of my mother. Whew! I thought it was going to be WW3. My mother took it in stride and talked to me about it later. Now, is it racist to say that??? I personally don't think it's racist b/c we as black people say it to each other all the time...... "Wazzup Nigga!"......"Show me some love Nigga!"......"Nigga please!"....."I'm going to whip that Niggas ass if he doesn't pay me my motherfucking $25!", etc! So, why is it so wrong when someone white says "nigga"???? I know one of the arguments will be "we're saying nigga and they're saying ******". So, for those of you who might come back with that argument, if "they" said "nigga", would it make it alright??? Hmmmm...just food for thought!

I received several academic scholarships b/c I went to a school for the gifted and talented called The Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts . For those of us who have a brain and can use it, we do get ahead in life. Also, scoring a 30 on my ACT and 1550 on my SATs helps just a little bit.
