For reals? Damn here in Texas can't have a mag. that holds more than 20 rounds.

I think you might be mistaking the mag size with what they can sell now. For instance in Michigan they can only sell/manufacture 15 round clips now, but I picked up a bunch of 30 round clips for the AR-15 and the AK-47 I have and they're both "legal" though you won't find them new. Same thing with the 9mm I have, 15 and 30 round clips avail for it but they can only sell it with a 10 rounder now.
