Truth is, I have little interest in doing conventional journalism. I believe in the work I do. American newspapers are boring. You have to stay within such narrow margins to write for them. Too politically correct. Fewer people read them. I love the immediacy of the net and I don't like authority telling what I can and cannot write. I have a great boss. He almost never interferes.
