    payment processors dead

    why do I still see payment processors out there that are essentially dead, but still keep sites up?:

    globill, dibill, visionbill

    Why is visionbill still having banners on this site if they are dead?

    edit: not that I'd use even use any of these no name companies I was just wondering

        I think visionbill is trying to become more mainstream with shopping cart stuff. But the others like Dibill act like they are open for business even though they never pay. I guess they are just hoping for credit card # growth and reselling credit card #'s.
