yes i believe the outcome was, correct me if i'm worng:

you can use the term spam - lower case when referring to UCE

but the term SPAM was reservers for the hormel corp product

Yea i agree alot of Europeans and countries around the world know of the word spam only as a term for UCE and don?t even have the slightest ides that its a meat product
