Is CCBillEU safe from Visa?

So it looks like CCBillEU are about the only biller left which is processing for European webmasters... Are they safe, since they don't require the $750?

If CCBillEU go down then what options am I left with, as a European? To incorporate in the US and use CCBill or Paycom? I thought Visa wanted people to use a biller from their own region, so closing down all the EU based billers is a bit fucked up for Europeans.

The problem isn't avoidng the $750 for EU webmasters. It is avoiding it for US webmasters.

Exactly right. People get very confused about the whole $750 thing.

The problem for the most part simply lies with processors flaunting the cross-border rules that VISA are very clear on. CCBillEU doesn't do that.

Correct me if Im wrong but it isnt just ccbill is it?
As far as I know Verotel & Ibill europe arent charging th 750 $ either.
Im sure there are more but seem to be the most stable and legit corps as far VISA and th Eu are concerned.

My thoughts:

CCBill EU won't go down, if anything they might be forced in the future to charge $750 as well, but they're not going to go down.

They don't charge it because they have no reason to charge it FOR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS. The $750 thing is to do with VISA US only at this moment in time.

exactly...

It amazes me how some people still cant get it throught their thick skulls. It's Visa U.S.A. NOT Visa International that charges the $750.00 fee.
So why would the European billers like CCbilleu, Verotel, 2000charge, or any others charge it? These companies are not avoiding the fee, they are just not required to charge it!
If in the future they are required to charge a fee, im sure they will...

Of course there's the other side of the coin that VISA really isn't keen on them processing for people outside of their region which is why many think that some of them are living on borrowed time. Again though, not something that applies to CCBIllEU and a couple of other companies.
