Because some folks don't want to have to be tied to a system and have to have some background to do this, plus you have no bandwidth charges, and if your out and about you can make a recording at remote place and it posts to your website since you need no computer.

Some ppl would rather use a phone than us computer equipment and make thos fat files.

Plus many models rather have their webmasters do their sites since they are not "techy", but creating their own content is a no brainer using a telephone.

It also allows them to be anywhere their phone goes so they can do entries from naughty adventures they go on since they are mobile, and can run into another chick and do a 2 way, and it does not matter if this chick is in CA., and the other one is FLA, they can 3 way call in and do a joint.

They can do a recording on a beach and do a little reality with others, its alot more free and opens up alot of ways to create content etc, since you need no computer. A daily diary to surfers can get real boring real soon, so you have the option of doing a spontaneous one while sitting in traffic and talking about the moron in front of you...[this is an example]...

Many models to daily text diaries, and why not do a daily voice diary if the hassle is removed from the talent, we know they can do phones :-)

Not to mention once its recorded and auto posts, your members can request the recordings to be sent to their email, they can give you feedback on your recording for the model to read only so you have some idea of what they want to hear without having to wade thru emails which many don't read anyhoo.

Your question was a good one. Models have enough to do if they are there own webmaster, but many are not and have no idea how to update their site. But they can create their own content if they can use a phone.

Our playback interface has other options besides play the recording, it has archive, it lets them auto request the story be sent to their email, model does not have to fool with that, system handles the requests. If nothing else they can get keep these recordings and that may retain them longer at the website.

PLUS.

The model can charge for custom ones, using the John's name in the story, Before you know it some members will purchase this so the model can do a birthday one for a friend, and the member can have it sent to his email and he can send this "gag" onto the birthday person.

There are alot of ways to use this technology.

You would be surprised how many am's don't have audio on their websites, and thats such a shame.

We solve this need and make it painless for them, and daily audio recordinds to help retain members because they feel connected to the model if she does voice diaries daily, they feel a part of her life and as long as they renew, its more bling for the am's :-)

These recordings can be sent via email, they can listened to but not downloaded, but as I said the member can send one to his email for free which is kinda like a download.

Yes, you have a complete admin interface to delete, title and manage your recordings. You can place a title to every recording, if you do not the title remains blank.

This content is exclusive to you, it is not shared, there are no recip links. You own the content, we store your content in a database. If you stop the service you would lose the content.

BUT, if you send your recordings to yourself in email, you now have a digital copy you can post to your site and MAKE downloadable and they are YOURS.

Some do this with one recordings, send it to themselves and post it on their server and place it on the tour front end, you can do that as well.

You can do a recording, and return back and listen to it, and see the options in the playback interface:

Once you do it while still on phone you can play it back, re-record or save it. If you hang up it automatically saves it. Then it takes the admin area to delete it etc...

Sometimes playing with the toy helps create the use for it, knock yourselves out.

I'm not Lee but I'm guessing there are no time limits? The three dollar service from audblog (the guys that run audblog are NOT blogger/evhead/google) limits posts to two minutes and is for only 12 posts.

One more question . . . if you pay the $50 do you still have to pay long distance? Or is it toll free from that point on?

Our audio format is media player and real media, both formats.

The blog site has to install a plug in and integrate into the models site. We have NO plugins, most everyone has media player or real player already installed.

Don't know what the audio blog and all the features it has, don't use them, perhaps somebody does here and can speak on it.

If there are other options thats great, some may prefer a different tool to create their own content vs. using such a Public service offered by blog.

We are capable of doing alot more and maybe adding features if the need develops that blog does not have once the am's start using it.

We can give you the ability to record a message and put in a link, meaning you decide on what area of your site you want various messages to be played. You can do a custom voice tour so that the surfers can hear all the great things you have if they don't want to figure it out.

Plus our product does not look like your using a Yahoo free/cheap Blog thing, there is no ads, and it gives the appearance your site is not being run on inexpensive tools especially if you charge the member monthly, thats tacky.

Not saying audio blogs are bad, know nothing about them, if price is the key point, by all means source the lowest price.

If you want more creative control, the appearance of sophistication, unlimited recordings, up to 5 mins each, and a more flexible tool [which is all this is], there is a simpler solution.

Costs more tho.

Since I have no idea what audio blogging entails, kinda cannot do a great comparison....dunno, if they have a save feature or not.

We have no toll free, most folks use their cell phones, going toll free creates an hour phone call on our tab for the content recording person to like what they did [playing back makes people want to be perfect and they redo and redo and redo].

So if they want to be perfect, they can pay for that effort. SO this is why we did away with that, and with cell phones and so many minute plans, it is not a real need to be toll free in these days.

If you do the demo on the link above, its real easy to stay on the phone 20 mins doing a 3 minute recording, playing it back, redoing it, redoing because you slurred a word bad or the dog barked in background, phone rang, clock went off, doorbell rang, there is always all kinds of bloopers when you try to record LOL.

You can record unlimited messages, up to 5 mins each, you have to watch your clock, our auto female operator will just hang the call up after that.

is your phone number in the US? Would it be possible to also have a number in Canada considering how many webgirls are from up here and it would make the long distance easier to handle.
