It's like everytime we turn around another major company we're supposed to trust is getting busted for stupid shit.

With this trend going on I expect to turn on my tv set and see Ronald McDonald being hauled out of a golden arches handcuffed and yelling " No justice, no peace!"

Yes! You're right on that one! I'd almost forgotten. What is it with these communications companies? MCI, Worldcom, even AOL is still under investigation for criminal shit.

Heard also today that 'Clear Channel' is getting hit by the feds for shit also.

Yet the cops will send a SWAT team out on us average joes who get a parking ticket but these corporate jerks can steal billions and get a slap on the wrist.

That's just not right. Yes, some companies would like to shave a few mil here and there through vague accounting practices and borderline unethical business practices... but this definitely does not account for "all those [big, mean] businesses", that we have been influenced to think of in regards to big companies. If you ever want to be financially independent in life (which I'm sure every single person on this forum wants to be), you have to run a business, and so it's unfair to slander big companies, beacuse then we ourselves fall under the "businesses are all evil" category, when we make it to the big leagues.

In conclusion to my rant, I agree that MCI long-distance slammers are scum, hehe
