I often see fake pictures featuring models ( male/female) where tits (or dicks) are much bigger than the original picture. And it looks quite natural.

Is there a special software for doing this job ?
Or do they just use Photoshop...
( Then, I don't understand how they make it )

Any help would be appreciated !

It's done with Adobe Boob Enlarger 2003, I don't know if there's a similar program for penis enlargment too... I think there is a Kai Powertool filter though that enables you to increase penis size by clicking on it...
