What cc processor do you suggest for someone in the bahamas, dont think ccbill or epoch accept webmasters who are based there.

Mmm.. get a corp in Europe and work thru that. Gives you access to CCBillEU, IbillEu and a few other processors there - and no fees.

Well choose a country from European Union, and incorporate there - possibilities then are endless - CCbillEU, IbillEU, Verotel, Jettis, 2000charge, Globosale, etc etc etc...

Anyways, just try to talk to roli from Globosale, eventhough you're country is not on the list, you might work out a deal with him.
