Internet Explore will not Refresh .. HELP Please
I'm going crazy.. with no refresh I can't login to ecommerce sites that have to log you in and refresh.. and gfy doesn't refresh me back to my post, I have to click the link...

It's been like this a couple weeks and I've gone thru every Explorer setting I could find.

F5 is just a normal refresh
