They are the champs we use them in our cascading program and you never seem to hear anything bad about them.

Because we like to plan ahead from the WSB problem we had a short while ago we even have a adult merchant account just in case. Hope we never have to use it, But

If you want security stay with CCbill. They are one smart company with good bank relations and great customer support.

Really sorry to hear that people who lost money with Globill.

I've been saying it for years and I'll say it again... if they're not your primary processor, I think they should be!

They took a while to set me up but after they where set up it was easy sailing and their new webadmin rocks. They have a nice set up and decent conversions.

I use to use IBill put their conversions went in the toilet a month ago so I use CCBill as my primary and Paycom as secondary.

Paycom is great too but Its christmas 2004 by the time you get your checks.

Keep up the good work CCBIll.

I love them. But They scrub even more lately. Most of CCbill declined cardholders can get an access via Ibill (especially when "transaction denied by bank")

I dont know anything about that. Never heard you could. If that were the case.. I would adjust it at the end of the month. It's like clock work with them. The scrubbing machine kicks in high gear the last couple days of the month and seems universial with a number of other webmasters I work with. Not complaining at all they are a good soild company. I even understand why it has to happen, but you can always tell when they are scrubbing hard.

Good group of people. Mark is always on it and pays attention.

Just curious - if you use them as secondary would that not mean that of course a lot get declined? Surely you are sending them stuff that your primary processor won't touch?

I noticed this also. I did a test on a sponsor that uses globill and converted 1:500. I cut the ads off for 2 over 3 months because of the bad ratio. Recently I decided to give it one more shot before I wrote it off and guess what, my conversions are magically 1:60 to 1:100. Wish I had known about this the first time.

Actually, I was just offering people a choice of two billing companies...or in some cases, if one didn't work, then the other might.
