Bite the bullet... set up a corporation in Nevada and sign up with CCBill.
Jesus, this a bad day for the industry. Those Visa guys really play for keeps. I imagine that Probilling and those other processors that claimed that the Visa USA requirements didn't apply to them will suffer the same fate. Just bite the bullet and do what is required legally and money-wize to get signed up with CCBill. |

Am i able to setup a corporation without giving any of my company away to a dude who reps me in the states?
I'm better off getting my own merchant account and being my own processor and suffering the damage |

Although I am using Probilling, its obvious to me with today's news that you cannot escape Visa too much longer with Globill-like alternatives that are still processsing for Canadians.

i have a friend in canada. he set up in nevada through incorporate.com as an llc. that means no officers - you are the only owner of your business. you WILL need a guy in nevada to collect mail (which is included in their fee) but it is ONLY your biz.

try some European 3rd partys, like Verotel or 2000charge, Dutchbilling. I use Verotel for a couple websites and can honestly say they have been ok for me. Pay on time, scrub hard, easy setup. Based in the Netherlands. just my ![]() |
