I have no earthy idea if it is a joke, if its not, ya really have to worry about parents who would get a tatoo for a child...

Legally, anyone can get body art as long as their parent or guardian signs a consent form. However, Baby Ink will not work on anyone under 6 months of age, as their sensitive skin does not react well to the ink.

How much will a tattoo hurt my child?

The discomfort from a tattoo varies depending on the size of it, it's location on the body, and the child's threshold for pain. In addition to treating all young customers as gently as possibly, Baby Ink's specially trained artists take two major steps to keep discomfort to a minimum.

#1- They apply a numbing cream to the area before any needle work

#2- They use our specially designed "Junior Needle" which is smaller and less intrusive than the ones used on adults

How Will My Child's Growth Affect the Tattoo?

If the tattoo is a word or an outline of a picture it will change very little over time and could require just one follow up visit before the child reaches it's full size. In the case of more detailed pictures with color and shading, the coloring will stretch and the tattoo will need a quick and affordable "update" about every four years until full grown.

How Do I Choose a Design?

Design ideas are limited only by your imagination. Some of the most popular designs include the child's astrological signs, the names of parents or grandparents, a family crest or insignia, or the logo of a favorite sports team. Check out some of the signs on this web site, bring a picture into Baby Ink with you, or let our creative artists help design the perfect tattoo for your child!!

What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday noon until 10:00 PM, Sunday noon until 7:00 PM.

Do I need an appointment?
If an artist is available, we do take walk-ins, but it is best to have an appointment. If you talk to an artist ahead of time, he/she can set aside enough time for consultation, design, and application of your tattoo.

Do you do custom work?
Yes. We specialize in Tribal but we can do anything you want.

Is it safe?
Yes. All needles are disposable and all equipment is sterilized between each use.

How long does it take to heal?
2 to 4 weeks.

Can you take a check from my overdrawn account that I closed 2 years ago?
No. We accept cash and major credit cards.

Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
