I doubt that Acacia can legally demand a list of a sponsors affiliates. Licence fees yes, but confidential client info? Unlikely.

The US government made the decision to fight in Vietnam and the reson is irrelevant as concerns those that answered the call of the government. In the US it was the law and still is...to answer the call or go to prison for five years.
