Was Python one of the 5 companies that received an injunction from the Acacia proceedings?

Not sure that Acacia has anything to do with it because Dollarmachine - their sponsor site is down too

Acacia can't touch Python unless offshore jurisdictions give a shit about these patents.

Well, I know that 24 hours ago it was down, no one was answering the phones in Toronto, and no ones AIM was up, then an hour later it was up.

Seemed to be okay the rest of the day (at least when I checked), and now this morning it is down again.

Speaking with Brent from Python now... he tells me that their isp Teleglobe cut the old fiber connection before getting them up on the new one. Teleglobe is upgrading their fiber. Brent figures that they will be up again around noon est.

GOOD (?) MORNING!

Yes, the sites are down again this morning and will be fixed soon I'm sure.

They have not been down for 24hrs. As BadDog mentioned, they were down for about an hour this time yesterday.

Is it a time of day thing? Is it the beginning of Armageddon? To be honest I really don't know... I'm having trouble getting through.

I'll keep you posted.

Thank you for your patience!

Nope.

Also, fyi Carrie -- Babenet was not on the list of those injuncted, they were on a list of those who settled.

Hi guys,

Our local ISP is dealing with this problem and it's out of our hands right now. They assure us it'll be fixed as fast as humanly possible.

Thanks.

I am sure they will be back up soon. I use to work for Python and I can tell by their work ethic and personalities over there that everything will be back up and running smoothly soon!

Actually, the local ISP, Teleglobe, accidentally cut our line while upgrading their systems. If any one wants someone to harrass, feel free to ICQ me: 51504163.

Thanks.

I have had this happen before with sponsors... The good ones always compensated us for the lost money...

I hope python and dollar machine do that here! Becuase I know I lost some cash on this one! Dollar machine was my best converting sponsor untill this happend.

As of about 10 Minutes ago ALL Python sites are up and running again.

Our ISP Cut The Hardline on us......

We should hve been moved over to our ISP's upgraded Fiber connection before they cut the old one. Some one fucked up!

Most of our sites are running very fast as usual, but some of the sites are not. This will be corrected over the course of the next little while.

Thanks for bearing with us.
