hi todd, the problem is that not our design is looks like yours but the structure of the site
you think it's a problem that some site we have done as sample of our design abilities have the same structure? thereare tons ofsite in the net that have layout similar to webinc sites, because webinc is leader in the adult design industry and when starting the carrer beginners are studing webinc works, come copy their design, but some use only structure to understand how the composition must look


Can you managers tell me what design elements we have taken from your design?
If they will show us some
it's not a problem we will be sorry and will delete the work from the portfolio

at first look, doesnt really look like it was copied... EXCEPT.. the list of pornstars is exactly the same lol

Uhm.. That is too bad.. If you look at more detail it's not only that, but there are 2 rows of thumbnail pics at same spot, and then a blowjob picture on the right section..

I'd say it's coincidence, except that the list of pornstar names seems a bit off.. UNLESS it's a list grabbed from a content provider somewhere..

I love both WebInc and BlueDesigns' work.. Always is nice to browse through.

the names on tumbnails are the same as webinc
may be some texts too, but not design

I don't believe you, there are a lot of "coincidences":

1. the porn star names and font : SAME
2: same text in the right part (you changed 50,000 with 75,000
3. thumbs near the pornstar text, thumbs on the left part, just like webinc's
4. devon text - right part, also rotated in both sites
5. you have an exclusive pornstar bla bla text in the left side, webinc has one too
6. big blowjob pic on both sites, same position

stop stealing.

I dont think stealing text/design ideas is really that important, as long as the design is made by yourself. For a big company like BDS I think it's a bit lame though.

Mammy: Our marketting of the monthly special was my idea, and to my knowledge, other design companies were not pushing this when we released our first monthly special. Since then, we've had many monthly specials, all of which have been successful.
Sure other designers do monthly specials, but I would not regard this as theft of an idea, as just about every other industry & business does the same thing, it's called marketing.

The 100 banners for $500, that's a monthly special, it too is called marketing, but is also known as 'competition' - which ultimiately benifits the consumer, and we're all a lot better off because of competition. I would not regard offering cheaper prices as criminal.

And finally the summer special, many companies do this, once again, another example of marketting, it's to combat the slowdown over summer & keep work rolling in. This to benifits the consumer, and as far as I'm concerned, I don't think webinc or any other company for that matter has a trademark on 'summer' or 'summer specials'

See it's all about what the market place demands. Competition and the "game" is always #1 :)

I dealt with blue design studios once before and was VERY unhappy with the amateur flash banner they made me and they eventually said they didnt want to deal with me anymore or ever again.

(1) You contacted us for a flash banner
(2) We made you not one, not two, but three flash banners, because you continually complained and winged
(4) It didn't take me long to conclude you're a pathetic fuckwit so I promplty gave you a full refund and wished you all the best, deleted you from my contact list and hoped to never hear from you again.

And then:

(4) You contacted me a couple of weeks later asking for us to take on more jobs, but I politely declined, given my conclusion from (3) that you're a pathetic fuckwit.

What you've said above further adds evidence to (3)

How about you tell it how it is next time.
