He didnt listen to my advice 6 months ago.

He sells dead sea cosmetics online and the brand he carries had territory distribution rights to only one company for wholesael in the US. So what does he do? He tries to wholesale online gets some customers while I am telling him that he will fuck himself.

He calls me today saying he got served and asking for my lawyer.

I told the fucker i told you so, people simply dont listen what a shame , he will be in for minimum 30k in legal fees

dont give him your lawyer, what if he ever fucks you, then its a conflict of interest for your attorney.

I told him to settle off the bat, he is fucking with a very big company. The lawsuit was like 30 pages long from what he told me. If he doesnt fight he will have to shut down.
