Service providers, in here...> Stormpay, Epassporte...
Hello providers and webmasters.
I see a lot of topics on the boards about processing alternatives since NayPay has begun to pass around their fuckings. We have Epassporte and Stormpay set up as 2 of our 3 major processors. We've been with Epass since day one through FlashCash, and about 2 months ago we have set up a commerce account with them. We find that more and more users are getting Epass accounts, whether it's through their sponsor programs or individually. Epassporte has been running a close second in revenue capture for our program. We have had Stormpay set up as one of our major processors for over a month. While our experiences have been successful, I find a lot of users are experiencing lag times for confirmation e-mail and customer support. After that, it's all smooth. Moving money from Stormpay is reasonably fast and simple, usually within a 3 day time frame. I am currently experiencing a 4 day lag on one sweep to my bank however. I also have a GlobalPay card through them, which is simple and convenient. I feel providers as a whole need to help promote these 2 payment options. I feel both are less restrictive that our previous option as far as country of user as well as adding and withdrawing funds. Also, I don't think either one of them will unconditionally fuck their merchants as I have experienced multiple times from my previous option. The more we help make people aware of these 2 programs, the more revenue we can collect industry wide. I have definitely seen this with the evolution of Epassporte. That's my opinion, AST 121760557

![]() I can tell Epass is a young company, but like Jim told us in the beginning, just hang in there. I have definitely seen massive evolution. Jeff, Tony, Bill... super and helpful people. By phone or e-mail, always there for us. AST |
