For starters..you contradict yourself.

1)If black's cannot manage a first world country, how the heck are they going to take over Western Civilization then??

2)You are using your values to judge another country's setup and government to determine whether or not they are successful. It's that same tunnel vision that has gotten us into the Iraqi mess: And that is that EVERY country, no matter what it's culture or history, MUST have a democractic government to be deemed "legitimate" and "successful."

Sometimes even a "benign despot" works. If not..why does the U.S. support the governments of Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, etc etc?
