Graphics Question - making a box for cropping thumbs - GoFuckYourself.com

Hey,
anyone know any good programs that will allow you to set the size of a box for cropping? I want to use the shape tool like in PS , but set the size of the box at 88x88 or 90x120 to crop images for thumbs.
This make any sense? I don't want to crop , then have to resize. i want a tool or program that will allow me to set the exact size of the box to crop.

not sure exactly what you're trying to do there... you wanna crop it or resize it? Or both?

Use Image Ready. Select the crop action and put in the size you want the box to be at the top toolbar.

Use the crop tool in adobe .
and type in the width and height in the tool bar at the top .
Makes for nice perfectly cropped thumbs
