None of them.

After reading GFY over the months I have learned that most of them choices have people behind them that won't hesitate to stab another design company in the back to gain a new client.

Some of them resort to killing the profitability in being a designer reducing prices to insane low prices. Leaving a prestigeous profession to kids designing porn in there parents garage.

The adult industry has no cohesion for the dedicated designers.
Meaning designers do not talk enough to save themselves from being taken advantage of. No major design houses respect one another enough not to cheat the other or steal a design from a competitor.

If all of them (True) designers realised there worth, design would be one lucrative field filled with highly talented people focused on making the most for their client. Some of them have inhouse designers probably working dirt cheap just to keep thier individual business alive and remain competitive.

I am tired of hearing that its all the business behind the design that makes a tour work where the reality comes to the ratio. If designers knew how much a tour would take down for a client they would be quick to ask for a larger amount of money for there effort.

A 600 dollar design will/can/does often make over 5 to even 6 figures for a client within a year. Think about that ya dumb asses...

Sure one can beat a ton of traffic to a site and make a buck, but a huge aspect of the matter is in the content of a created site/tour and how the deal is presented.

Analogy would be a sword. Any sword can be considered sharp. Just how sharp is it with ultimate test? Answer is how well it cuts the meat that it passes through.

excellent points. But "realising worth" doesn't have much to do with it when the highschool/college students are undercutting by 50%.. there are just too many people that don't realise the value of a professional company over a one man army that has only just started getting laid... or romanians working for potatos.
It's business and competition.. nothing you can do about it but hire up the cheap monkeys and form your own company...

Believe me I know.

When I got into this business I chose the wrong professional aspect of it.

Design. Only one other profession makes less than I do and thats the content talent!

not really.. if you're a designer it's easy (to find anyways) money. just not much of it.
adult design is good bread and butter work to pay the bills while you fish for mainstream clients, or build your own stuff or whatever.
If I was to do anything I would hands on broker/employ, and by that I mean be involved in the design process up to even doing the initial look and feel and then pass it over to someone to complete.
