Is the Acacia fight over?
Realistically, how do you see this unfolding?
How do you license the technology they claim patents on? Through a lawyer? There isnt a lick of legitimate information out there beyond sensational news articles and general rhetoric. For instance, for webmasters just getting into the industry, Acacia is doing very little to make it easy to understand why they should license their streaming technology. Has anyone other than CE Cash considered settling with Acacia and what are the terms of licensing. how much do webmasters have to pay to use Acacia's Digital Media Transmission Technology ? |
