You can make up to and including $3 a day by having them in your sig. Besides that I have no idea what their buisness plan is about, I doubt anyone with them in their sig even promotes their sites.
However it seems to be a brilliant marketing strategy in the way people talk a bout it and hate it more then anything else on the forum. -
goto www.swoit.com and find out ... the program actually is quite clever and well implimented, but they have gotten a rather bad reputation because of they webmaster spamming tactics.

Well, I have nothing against the SWOIT sigs. They are all animated gifs, so they do not fuck my browser. If you all hated the same the flash banners and the flash sigs... GFY would load about 5 times faster.
And yes, I have SWOIT account, but I use the swoit button on a targeted webmaster traffic, so I don't spam it on boards.
Now, I hope SWOIT will not spam me (I created my account recently, so I'm not familiar with their spam practices). As I have seen the SWOIT guys also read this forum... if you spam me, I will return to you 1MB of crap email (packed in 1024 1KB mails) per each character your spam has... 1KB of spam will lead to 1GB crap return (packed in 1 million crap emails with 1KB of crap each one).Comment
