If you are talking about hotels and Internext this late in the game with only a few days left to book you must be talking about the one after next in Vegas?
I agree .. the Westin is an amazing hotel. Hollywood is improving, they're trying to make it more like Ft. Lauderdale, however the Westin was the first step.

Go back 2-3 years ago before the Westin and there was nothing in Hollywood. Besides maybe a race track.
Agreed there..
the Westin is the only nice hotel in the vicinity.. gotta go probably 10-15 minutes north or south for anything else decent.
Usually best to stay at the convention hotel anyways.. that's where everyone else is & everyone gathers for the parties, after-parties, and after-after-parties..

The Westin is sold out (and if anyone DOES call them and gets a room, LMK so I can bitch - I'm on the waiting list ).
There are several of us staying at the Holiday Inn next door which is NOT near as nice, so I've heard. But they have rooms, so between HI and a cardboard box on the street, the HI won.
The HI is not THAT much less than the Westin either - probably jacked the prices up as soon as the Westin Sold out. I have an oceanfront King with a balcony for $159 whereas last year I had an oceanfront double/double with NO balcony at the Westin for $239 (I think.....).
