The design is fine. People like fast loading and simple html sites. Photoshop porn sites are so 2002.
What I don't get, though, is the content. I don't get the feet thing at all, but I can definitely appreciate a beautiful model's feet anyway.
This content is *way* too nice for me. It looks professionally shot, artsy, good enough for my local museum for sure, but a bit out of place on a fetish site?
I'd take the site on the road to a nice museum, but I just don't see people jerking off to it or paying $20.00 a month, sorry. Then again, I have only a passing interest in girl's feet so what the fuck do I know?

content is very nice, i also agree with one of the comments, as far
as just feet with no face isnt the biggest turn on for even the foot
fetish freaks, but the quality of the images and categories of niche
variety is nice.
my only suggestion is that your menu and over all site be redone,
i am not saying you need your avg tour or your simple gallery site.
But something just a little bit more appealing, and user friendly.

It will convert, and that's the main thing. Surfers that are into that sort of stuff, or any sort of fetish don't give a shit about the front end design of a site.
When I started my site other webmasters bagged my tour (I didn't like it either) but it did convert very well, I decided to get a more professionally designed tour done, and my signups dropped noticably. So I went back to my old tour and the signups came back again. I think you will do OK.
