He's been fucking each of his victim $500 more or less each and has been doing this for months. I saw his phone numbers from his victims. I am also told that even though he obviously know that his websites do not bring significant traffic he is still promoting his scam claiming that the $500 will bring 30K -60K traffic.

Being not in US I can't sue him it'll be too expensive. I emailed cops but they simply don't reply or when they reply they simply ping ponged me to various direction. I had evidence this guy is comitting fraud (rather than simply a tort of failing to perform his end of bargain). Most other victims are so demoralized they just wanted to forget about it.

Actually at first I just wanted to forgive him because it takes too much time to retaliate. Yet one day I got someone sending SPAM with my friend's domain as return address promoting rape video of women getting raped while sleeping. The page is redirected through a homepage that used to sell illegal cable descramble.

This make it a crusade!

Now the url is down but I am willing to testify in court through telephone that this used to contain illegal cable descramble. The url redirect to hypnotrick.com. We are talking about a fucking big consipracy. This guy do more than just spam and fraud.

Dont be a rat for shit that has nothing to do with the shit he fucked you over for. If he sold you a nonworking cable box the go ahead and rat, but if he fucked you out of traffic dont RAT for the cable boxes
