why the hell would people ever stick with a hosting company after being down for 30min in 1 year, it costs u more money, and the prob is these hosts go dowwn and downnn, guess thats what u get when:
1. ur bwidth sucks balls
2. u pay people on msg boards to advertise ur entire company instead of buying better bwidth.

hosts should never ever go down if they are half decent,
and the only reason something "could" go down is if there is upgrading going on,
and they should warn u before it happens,
most hosts u phone and are like "yaaaa we are upgrading"

hosting does not go down sooner or later if you host with a good company, the thing is its stupid people with money who in alot of cases own a hosting company, and hire more dum asses to keep it alive.

And like I asked 1st time, what are you gonna do when/if they do go down? Pop round with a screwdriver and sort out the problem yourself?

I have been colo'd with candid for about a year and this is the first network downtime I have seen from them. I would have liked to have seen the issue resolved sooner, but if there are no further problems with them over the next few months I'll stick with them.
