I carry usually about 5$ in loonies and twoonies, and maybe some bills if I'm lucky. Other than that, just my bank card, driver's license, gym card, and smallest limit credit card. The only things I use cash for are tipping at the bar and quickie runs for slurpies or Tim Horton's Iced Caps.
