    I just heard from Joe from Gallery People

    I just had a conversation with Joe from Gallery People via ICQ concerning my order.

    Joe did offer me a refund for the unfilled portion of my order. I declined and instead we were able to come up with realistic schedule to get my order filled.

    I think we're getting caught up in a witch hunt of sorts. I admit I was feeling it myself. Talking with him brought me back down to earth.

    I do honestly feel Joe is a good guy caught in an bad situation.
    I suspect he's finding himself buried under a herculian workload and is having a tough time getting out from underneath it.

    I know many of you literally need your galleries yesterday. For those of you who can wait on part of your order might want to discuss a schedule of delivery with him.

    I must say I am very happy with the galleries I have received so far.

          He is very reassuring on the phone.

          We have spoken several times, however nothing at all has been delivered to me for months...

              You've been hoodwinked. As detailed in the previous thread on this topic, the ripoffs and lies have been going on for 6 months. That can hardly be dismissed as "a good guy caught in an bad situation" and "having a tough time". You may get your galleries or you may not, but based on my own experience and those of others posted here on GFY, I would say your odds are maybe 50:50. Good luck with that.

              It sounds like your icq conversation with Joe was very much like my first phone call with him at the end of January of this year. I have yet to see all my galleries, and have long since given up.
