    I'd advise against giving your girlfriend a dirty sanchez

    Went out with my gf to a bar, got loaded, we went to bed.

    We were joking around with people at the bar about "Dirty Sanchez, Hot Carl" etc.

    So we get in to the act, and in my drunken wisdom, I think giving her a dirty sanchez would be funny, so I put my finger in and quickly get it across her lip. It took her a second to realize what had happened, then she screamed, ran to the bathroom and started swearing at me. She got a cab home and hasn't returned my calls today. Didn't have the desired comedic effect.
