I looked at my chargebacks a while back, and I swear it was over 1%. Given the new regulations coming through, I wanted to check how it has been going lately...

just wait till you have one person charge back for 5 months, it just happens...even at a good page.
you would get easy over 1% with your small numbers.

Isn't there a limit on how long after the transaction you can charge it back? Also, I find most chargebacks are fraud, and with the scrub getting stronger and stronger I don't see as much of that.
