How to fix?
Everytime I save a pic of a website. It saves in bmp format. Even if its a damn JPEG. I am using Internet Explorer. How can I fix that?

in the common dialog box isn't there a little combo box that says .bmp? if you click and drag down there should be a couple other extensions in there as well.

Yep
definately a full cache BMP is the default image extension for Windows, so by defaulting to BMP, it lets you know your cache is full To avoid this happening, open your browser, select TOOLS >> Internet Options In the Temporary Internet Files section, click on SETTINGS, and set the amount of disk space to 10 (TEN) MB ... not 9 or not 11, but TEN and that the AUTOMATICALLY radio button is selected ... click OK, and click OK again ... reboot Windows seems to manage the cache quite well on its own when set to 10MB ![]() ![]()
