It wont get through the house of lords.

BTW the argument for not banning it is that the type of fox that is hunted is usually the older & slower ones that cause a lot of damage by attacking chicken runs and kill for the sake of killing. A healthy fox does not kill so indiscriminately most of the time & in general can outfox the hounds. Hence the countryside lobby being very against it...

However that being said it is quite a sadistic way of keeping the population of errant foxes down & its not very humane at all
