I started back in 1994, when there really wasn't much of a web. We were working with a BBS before that, and I had a "Wild Rose Fireside Chat" section on the BBS. We just took that and moved it onto the Internet for fun. That was the days of "non-commercialism" on the Internet, so there was no way to make money. Had to start selling videos in 1995 via mail order to pay for my bandwidth ;)

BTW, I still have the e-mail that Beth from Persian Kitty sent me, asking me for a link!

Well, the VERY first site was Bianca's Smut Shack back in late 1995 when I was pregnant with my first child. I didn't realize what hotlinking was back then nor was I even aware that there was a charge for hosting sites. I'd never heard of "bandwidth".

At least I never posted any pics, I just looked at the ones other people posted.

The first site that made me realize I could make MONEY in porn? Cybererotica. I clicked a CE banner (LOL) that someone spammed on the Smut Shack and I saw the webmasters link at the bottom and said, "You mean I could get PAID for thiS???" WOOWOO!
