Well considering the beliefs of druidic society, I'm quite surprised they never realized it sooner.. Those of the "pagan" beliefs already are aware of the significance of places like this.. celebration of mother earth. Wouldn't it be fitting?

It makes a lot of sense. Ancient religion and spirituality is very simple, and often very oriented on the body, birth, sex, death, etc.
