Help - How to renew domain ?
I bought a domaine from reliablehosting.com and moved it to another server after a year but i have to renew the domain with them still. Its up for renewal and they gave me this link RENEWAL but cant see what to do. I dont need to transfer domain and cant find where to renew. Is there another way to renew with someone else ?
By the way our domains are now hosted at PROTGP who are superb |

Do you have the username and password for the domain?
You might be able to manage it here if it's an OpenSRS reseller that sold it to you: https://manage.opensrs.net/ Find out who they are a reseller for if they aren't helping you renew and go directly to the source of the registration. |

Just request a transfer from another registrar that you want to use. They will ask you to confirm, then send a notice to the contacts on the domain with the current registrar. As long as someone from both sides agrees to the transfer it will transfer to the new registrar.

Talk to Va2k Timi. I dealt with this same problem for him last year and took control and transferred the domains for him. Reliable (hosting) is a relative term. lol Get your domains registered with someone dependable. GoDaddy?? (cough)
I think I still have some other business with you to complete as well. Will get ahold of you as soon as I can to take care of that.
