how can i legally badly hurt a peeping tom?

saturday night i had some friends over after a night of hitting the bars... about 1am one of my friends went outside to smoke and found this dude on the side of my house. The guy took off of coarse...

I have a gun and a dive knife straped to the back of my head board so i feel somewhat safe in my home...

How can i fuck this guy up legally...

First i thought about geting a paint ball gun with glow in the dark paint balls and camp out on top of my house... but then again i don't want to spend time waiting for this fucker...

other ideas... i was thinking of digging ditches under my window and putting bear traps in them and cover the tops of the ditches with wood chips and grass...

land mines, but i dont want to kill anyone

Motion activated lights should scare him off. If not, try getting a few of those voyeur cams (X10's) and once you see him getting nearby, the paintball gun should come in handy. I got $100 saying bear traps, or any sort of trap that could cause death, could seriously fuck you up.

About shooting people... if someone is attacking you on your property, you can take whatever measures necessary, and then some to stop the attack. Even in most cases of self defense, killing the perp could land you in a world of hurt. But if it's on your property, you have a green light to do whatever you want.

First thing, get a motion detector light outside your window. These pervs hate pets, so get a dog if you don't have one, and call the cops if you hear any bumps in the night.

Scary thing is, its probably a neighbor or someone you know, and they tend to get bolder as time goes on. Go get'm girl!!!

Motion-activated lights should do the trick nicely. They're super cheap, too.

Other than that, I would definitely go to all your neighbours and tell them about it. Ask them if they've seen anything, and if they can keep an eye open for you when you're not home. If one of them IS the peeping tom, he'll know he's busted and will probably leave you alone.

Get one of those X10 cameras. When he's outside your window pretend to go in the bathroom to wash your hair or something. Call the police and tell them theres a man with a knife outside your window. Go back out, stall for time by teasing him. Police should be there now. If your lucky the cops will be trigger happy and they'll take him out for you.
