We are in the process of setting it up for many webmasters right now.

We have never had so much promotional content as we have no and are adding almost daily to it.

So you get free hosting and tons of promotioal content for it.

It will be your page to design and run as you like.

I would sign up and work with the set up guys on the php issue we can probably do that.
