Both.. I quit my job in 95 when I graduated after college.

although it wasn't as great as the 2nd terminator... it wasn't a 2 rating on a 1-10 scale. i think this movie serves more as a transitional movie into something a lot better, hopefully the future holds. it has a badass storyline, played out through many years, so a T4, the battle of the present, would be badass since we've worked up to it with 3 prior movies. the 3rd one worked well to lead into a 4th.

i heard an interview with arnold and they asked about a 4th, and he said if the demand is high enough as all the other movies have been, they'll do a 4th. but i think the way they made the 3rd, almost guarantees a 4th, it was like a matrix 2 ending, leaves ya hanging.

but lets hope if they do a 4th, it'll be sooner than the others, arnold is gettin rather old.

I was looking forward to more battle scenes between the machines and human army (like the brief scene at the very beginning of the movie where the machine looks directly into the camera). But that's where the movie ended so I can see them having a lot of that in the next part.

What can I say...when it comes to meaningless entertainment, I am a fan of the Terminator series.

LOL. Well, I learned one thing after watching millions of movies. Is that just because you didn't like a movie, it does not mean it sucks. You did not like it. That's all. That's what's magical about movies, everyone will have a different opinion about it. But I give more credibility to movie reviews without insulting it. I never said I was an expert also in movie reviews :) I just like movies. From Clerks to Shawshank Redemption (no comparison there). Even Black Hawk Down ;). And yes, as a terminator fan, I think T3 was pretty good. Not as fresh, but Mostow did a good job.

I think Arnie looked in great shape and did an awesome job of getting prepared for the role. I wasn't too fond of the Conner kid or claire daines but the female terminator was awesome! She was one mean bitch and played her role exceptionally!

I am a HARDCORE terminator fan and loved the 1st and 2nd movies. I am not crazy about this latest installment but it wasn't all that bad, I would rate it a 6. Regardless I will be in line for the next sequel!

Buff's review was indeed pathetic... plot holes and continuity errors exist within all good movies. Take T3 at face value, its entertainment , not a true story.

BTW, black hawk down has a 7.6 rating on imdb.com, while T3 has a 7.3.

Hard to compare movies from different genres. Cannot compare The Godfather, and Clerks....

dont forget that imdb isnt the be all end all....

the matrix got a higher rating than taxi driver, raging bull, 2001, amadeus, ran, ect.

But yet you compared T3 with Black Hawk Down..

I JUST walked in the door from seeing T3 and I thought that it was a decent movie, I'll agree with the 7 outta 10 rating.

The only thing that REALLY made me wonder is how the terminators ALWAYS knew where to go, what kind of coincidence is that how they always showed up at the rite time. I guess that if it was realistic enough where they wouldn't know, it would be much of a movie, ha ha ha.

There wasn't much of a storyline to the flick, it filled in some pieces of it, but most of it was a chase movie. I think that it's kinda lame how they killed off Sarah Connor, lukemia ???? come on now. Oh well, I suppose that she did her job in the other 2 movies, time to kill her off, ha ha ha.
