Well, of all time? Net Pond Radio of course
but now I listen to either the Hair Metal or Classic Punk stations on Netscape Radio and will sometimes even grab a listen of the Bluegrass station (ever since I saw "O Brother Where Art Though?" I've been addicted).

radio unity, groovetech before they shut down the seattle satellite. radio1 uk or whatever it is that had the eminem concert on
i havent been able to find any decent reggae stations
