all you need is a fucking simpson racing suit and helmet. know how that guy got street credit for his equipment? some racers didn't believe his stuff would work, so he challenged them to go down to turn 4 on the oval they were at, douse him in gasoline and light him on fire.

that's the legend, i've seen pictures of a dude sitting on a race track in a simpson race suit in a lawn chair... on fire.
