#2 start eating more fruit. after about a week, sample your sperm again.

#3 continue to eat fruit, maybe even add some juices, and continue to sample your sperm.

I love a good steak myself, but have some salad with it, you can't just eat a steak without anything else. Fry up some vegetables and a salad, have some soup or an appetizer. Dont eat Burger King/McD's and red meat solely and you should be fine.
