I got a fairly large collection (mostly from swordsonline.com)...some of the swords they sell there you can get for sweet prices when they have their specials =)
That looks almost like a Hibben. Not quite, though. I guess his style has gotten popular. Personally, I prefer historical designs to "fantasy" swords, which usually look dumb.
I bought this sword a while back.. For all those that don't know that is a Heron on the blade, I used to be a really huge Fan of Robert Jordan before coming to the slow, and unwanted realisation that he is probably the most unoriginal author alive.. Given he can write very well, probably the best author at painting a scene with words, however his stories, characters, locations are all lame obvious copies of someone else's work, mainly Tolkien
[EDIT] Oh and just a note, this sword is the real deal.. It is folded steel(obviously not 30 000 folds, but over 1000) and it is razar sharp. I can drop an apple for 1 meter up and it will almost slice it in half everytime.. The best thing about it is the instruction sheet that comes with it.. Standard instructions on maintenance, but the first thing on the sheet is a sentence in BIG BOLD letters that says 'DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CUT DOWN TREES WITH THIS SWORD' ..
thought it was pretty funny

my good friend used to have some samuri swords at his house, there will cool, untill we got intot a fight with them, just for kicks. sure fucked them all up. Do they make ones that are sturdy?

Ahh, fuck off, you couldnt copy as well. but somewhat true. i still like his work, i just that that it takes sooooo fucking much time to wait between them
I have a friend who loves swords, battleaxes and basically any edged weapons. He is also a member of the SCA around Kansas City so he gets a chance to show them off at times.
My couple that just shot for Barely Legal made all the swords for "The Pirates of the Carribean" and every other sword made for any movie done with armor or swords in the last 15 years. Pimping him out for custom jobs if you want.
Philadelphia Museum of Art has a really tasty collection of armor - swords - and all assorted gear for knights from the middles ages.
The swords there are hundereds of years old and the craftmanship is unreal. Entire calanders, lunar maps, everything that a knight needed back in the day.
The really amazing thing to me is the history that these objects have seen, from the days of knoghts in the 14th, 16th century all the way to today.
Adidas warm up pants, Umbro shirt, hehe. I got all the same gear... Played for 14 years and was a referee for 4, even did a FIFA sanctioned game once (was a 4th official, but I was only 19, hehe, so that was quite a thrill)
Swords don't run out of ammunition and don't make noise.
my favorite sword was a hollowed out bamboo stick...
with the sheath on it looked like a polished bamboo stick with little chinese symbols burned into it. sweeet.

It's a cheap knock-off I bought on ebay, but I could still cut a burglar's head off with it. Burglars don't carry guns around here.
I used to collect them years ago.
I got rid of them when my roommate came home one night when he was supposed to be at his girlfriends house. I heard noises in the front room and almost took off his fucking head. The fucker didn't turn any lights on and I was droppnig some serious 'cid. Had to find a new roomie after that.
