    PSWBilling GFY

PSWBilling you guys must be crazy. We have a credit card number that has been compromised and used for several adult sites. Ibill CCbill and others have taken care of this for us instead of me having to start a chargeback process. I notified PSW that these were not our charges in fact we have static IP addresses so they definitely are not our charges. Here is the response I get.

So you know what like I said my CC company has already faxed us papers for chargeback and fraud process. I hope it costs you guys more money than to just issue the credit.

GFY PSWBilling!! This is why our industry gets a bad name when it comes to credit card billing!!

They probably figured you were bullshitting in order to get out of the charge. Obviously, they figured wrong, and you do have a legitimate reason for requesting a chargeback. You could try reasoning with them one more time...

One thing which pisses me off about (some) billing companies is that they don't notify the program webmaster when there is a refund or chargeback credited against their account.

Wooly, I apologize for the inconvenience. Some recent policy changes caused a few subscribers to receive mistaken non-cancellation notices. I checked on your account and, regardless of the notice you received, your charges were already flagged for credit. Sorry to waste your fax paper! If you have any further concerns please contact us. ;)

Rowen, thanks for the vote of confidence, there are those cases as well, and we attempt to side with clients when appropriate.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
