Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines REVIEW

To start, let me please explain to you what a bad movie is for me.
A bad movie has no storyline, the most important part of a movie.
A bad movie makes no sence.
A bad movie makes you sleep while watching it, because of the lack of action/storyline.

now that we got that out of the way, let me tell you that Terminator 3 was NOT a bad movie, it was a HORRIBLE movie.

Throughout the whole movie, the plot was very dull, I tried to give it a chance but it didnt get better.

The action scenes suck, what action scenes? Robots fighting eachother in a bathroom? breaking all the walls? Yes, the fights were DEFINATELY horrible.

The plot was horrible, it was only of protecting 2 fuckers, THE WHOLE movie was about that.

Finally, the WORST part of the movie, the ending. WOW! HAVE I EVER BEEN SO OUTRAGED? the answer is no! To top off a horrible movie, they give an even WORSE ending. I wont spoil it for you though, go see it yourself and start breaking the walls...

In conclusion, Terminator 3 was one of the worst movies I have seen this year, no... one of the worst movies I have EVER seen. The disapointment and rage was so big, words cannot express them.

If there would be a prize for best comedian, Arnold woulda won, his voice and attitude was hillarious, and that is ALL I enjoyed in the movie...

I hope this has enlightened you on how bad some movies can be

the only thing acceptable to have NO PLOT is good porn....

everything else has got to have some kinda decent story line...I agree on this 100%

I just got back from the 8pm screening here in chicago, and well I thought the movie sucked also.

Special effects wise, they did some amazing things...but it doesn't make up for the horrible storyline/plot and a very weak ending. I went in expecting a movie that would compare to T2, but of course this seemed to be just another horrible movie that they pumped out after the incredible success they had with T2.

Final thoughts: Take your $8 or whatever it costs and spend it towards buying T1/T2 on DVD. Hell, I bet even Justin Meets Kelly might have been a better choice.

did you ask them to refund your ticket?

if not, then you loved the movie and you do not want to admit it

Hey bdjuf, when you're talking worst movie ever, does this include Charlie's Angels I/II ? I can't imagine anything being worse than the first one!

Isn't it funny how the actors in charlies angels say the movies are great for young girls who don't see "powerful" women in movies
OK let's see... the angels boss is a guy, they run around with half their clothes on etc...

Every review I've seen says it sucks. Every preview I've seen makes it looks like it sucks.

I'll wait until it's on cable.

Haven't seen it yet, but I shouldn't expect much from it, since James Cameron is not directing it. Hopefully, they wouldn't kill it as bad as they kill the Batman movies.

Tonight i watched on tv "The Brave" (1997) with Johnny Depp and Marlon Brando. A nice movie with near no budget. I never liked Johnny Depp as an actor, the opposite, but on this movie he was very good on his character. Brando as usual had less than a 10min role, but he was TOP as always.

Lawrence of Arabia
Citizen Kane
Cinema Paradiso
Shawshank Redemption
Apocalypse Now
This Is Spinal Tap

I purposely avoided loser threads like this until i saw the movie because i knew they would be full of specious, lack of thought, out of context, subjective assertions.

Maybe you didn't see T3 on an extreme screen or had too many preconceived notions about the film.
I don't know but i saw it this morning and it was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.
The more i think about it, the better it was. Having a hard time getting it out of my head it was SO DAMN GREAT.
I can't wait to see it again.
Our fucking seats were literally SHAKING from the intensity of the chase scenes, explosions, weapons of mass destruction and OUT OF THIS WORLD terminator fights.

In case you ever wondered where the HK's came from, your gonna find out in this one. FUCKING A
