I need someone with visa/mc to test my billing setup, its been setup wrong twice in a row and i dont want to risk sending paid traffic to a site that doesnt work.

I have amex only and that doesnt help me much

I need someone whou would be kind enough to sign up hit me up and we can arrange some way for me to pay you back.

Why call iBill to do a test join? You can do your own test joins by using your CMI "username.password" as the credit card field. Just make sure the other information on the form is complete and valid (ie don't use a expiration date before today).
