    gallery design by fletch+content being stolen from my site

    Hi I bought some great designs by mr Fletch
    Now i see some lazy thief webmaster is submiting them plus the content exactly as I have done.
    He has submited them less then 2 weeks after i have made them so his chances of being listed on the biger sites arte slim.
    My trouble is other then complete distain for the webmaster is.....
    He is so fucking dumb he has left my referal code in the gallery pages.
    If i contact him and jump i would imagine he would 404 the pages and i get banned by virtue of my referal codes and or he drops the pages and this causes my private submit acounts etc undue hastles.
    When i check my nasty dollars stats this dumbfuck has sent me sign-ups.
    What is my next step please

      LOL. What a dilemma, huh? Bust him for stealing. Or let him keep stealing so you earn extra sales.

      I'd bust him. Who knows, maybe he could get you canceled from your sponsor. Contact his host ASAP and light up his ass.

          He probably left your referral code on purpose. My experience with these thiefs are their referral codes are banned everywhere anyways and as soon as he gets listed the galleries going into pop-up hell. Good luck. I hate those fuckers.

              Its unfortunate, but somewhat impossible to avoid.

                  Someone recently stole one of my galleries and I emailed his host (based on advice from GFY peeps- thanks guys) and they took the site down.

                      good to know your designs are popular Fletch
                      He must be dumb if he is doing to to redirect if he used logic the fact they are professionaly designed with top content they must be listed on most big sites already.
                      I think maybe if i wait to recieve payment for nastydollars acount then cancel it and sign up again.
                      What pisses me of was thehun was listing me every 2nd or 3rd day as we had established some sort of relation ship.
