I'd just swap the positions of Godfather and Godfather II.... Godfather II is the GREATEST MOVIE EVER....

And WTF was the problem with Godfather III?? It sucked big time for me.....

I use it to pick stuff I want to rent from the library. I ended up with some stupid anime this week that got in the list ... and not a good well known one either.

I liked godfather 2 more than the first one too, there's something about jumping back and forth in time...

Memento is #13 of all time?
That is the one that jumped out at me - it was kind of interesting but better than all those others - hardly.

Another movie not on this list that should be IMO is 'Gangster Number 1'

BTW - if you go rent this movie - don't let anyone squeemish watch it - and it's not a movie to watch with your new gf etc

Another cool movie to watch is 'Romper Stomper' - Russell Crowe in his darkest role to date when he was quite young. Same disclaimer on this rental LOL

Doesn't matter when the movie is made, it could have been made this year and be the best of all time.

However the list on this site sucks ass.

I much prefer to go by Yahoo ratings. These same people who vote here are the idiots who said A Beautiful Mind was a great movie.

Great Movies.

1: Shawshank Redemption
2: LOTR Two Towers
3: Shrek (Great for Adults and Kids)
4: Toy Story
5: Star Wars Epi 3,4,5 .. 1,2 arent as good
6: Indy Series

This is a much better list, there aren't many movies on here that I don't enjoy watching.

Yahoo's Top Rated movie
with a 4.8 out of 5 are

Back to the Future
Raiders of the Lost Ark

Both of these are excellent movies, although a little dated but still great.
