Credit Card problem:(
i used my credit card to buy 100Gb from a host who use 2CheckOut.com services for credit card transations.
so, when i used the card to buy i get this message from 2CheckOut: transaction failed, insufficient founds.. i know there was a mistake becouse i haved enough money on my card.. i checked today at my bank and there appear the transaction but the transaction don't appear at 2CheckOut and at my host... so, where are my money from this transaction? can i recover my money? |

The transaction to your bank will automatically give you the money back in 10 business days. The put a hold on your money and for some reason 2checkout.com said it wasnt there.

Try contact 2checkout, they are a very serios company and i thing they can work this out fast.

i've already call the bank and they told me that is a transaction to 2checkout.com
i've checked at 2checkout and there is no transaction so, the bank registered the transaction but 2checkout not.. anybody have the 2checkout ICQ or email (because i can't find on they website)? |
